Delivery Standards

We deliver via UPS and USPS. UPS is the standard ground unless customer specifies otherwise. USPS is in a flat rate box/envelope. We charge for the shipping cost and the handling process. When the order is received, it can take up to two business days to process and ship. If an order is received on a Friday after noon, it will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. If an item is too large for our standard delivery, we do offer UPS Freight Truck deliver or local pick up. This varies with parts. Seller is not responsible for any delays in UPS, Freight, or USPS shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control.

 

Return/Refund Policy
Special orders are non-returnable. A minimum of 50% is required for special orders. Deposits are non-refundable. Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited. If, within 30 days of purchase, a mechanical part proves defective, seller will, within a reasonable period of time, replace the part. Secondhand merchandise is sold “AS IS”. We are not responsible for damages, loss, or labor incurred in use of the merchandise.. No return on special orders or body cuts.

No cash refunds. In the event a mechanical part is defective, and replacement is not obtainable, refund will be made by company check. If item purchased with credit card, we can refund onto the same credit card. Cores must be returned complete and with the invoice within 30 days to be eligible for credit. All parts must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Damaged or altered parts are not warrantied. Keep your receipt. No clam or warranty without it. Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error. Be sure you need the parts before you buy them. We will charge a 20% on all returnable items. All returns are subject to approval by seller. If, as seller’s sole discretion, a non-warranty return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
